Fulchand P. Shende, Ph.D.

Doctor of Philosophy in Engineering Mechanics (Queen's University, Canada); Juris Doctor, Wayne State University Law School (Detroit, Michigan); Professional experience in domestic and foreign patent prosecution in the automotives, mobility services, electro-mechanical systems, autonomous vehicle industries, treatment of contaminated fluids, and dietary supplements, and also in counseling clients on strategies to secure and protect intellectual property assets, and on strategies to avoid, or to defend from the intellectual property of competitors. Licensed to practice law in Michigan, and Admitted to Practice Before the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office, U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Michigan, U.S. Court of Appeals for the Sixth Circuit, and U.S. Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit.


Jeffrey Gedeon

Anne G. Sabourin

Bachelor of Science in Chemistry, Wayne State University (Detroit, Michigan); Juris Doctor, Wayne State University Law School; Licensed to practice law in Michigan; Registered since 1987 to practice before the United States Patent and Trademark Office; Professional experience in organic and inorganic chemistry and preparation and prosecution of patents in the chemical arts at BASF Corporation; preparation and prosecution of automotive and mechanical patent applications.


Erica Briggs

Bachelor's degree in Geophysics, Michigan State University (East Lansing, Michigan); Attended graduate school of University of Southern California (Los Angeles); Professional experience in teaching science at elementary through college level, and in intellectual property law since 1993.

Paula Patterson

Professional experience in intellectual property, specifically in assisting attorneys  in handling patent and trademark matters since 2005. Prior experience includes running a business for 20+ years.

Nancy Carrier

Professional experience in docketing of patent and trademark matters, finance and billing since 2006.
